With the Ooks indoor track's first ever shot at ACAC Championships just around the corner, NAIT Ooks indoor track team plan to make a big impact in a couple days time and show competition they are not to be messed with. 

Head Coach Ron Barnhart shares his perspective on the way the team's chemistry and unity have grown from the start of the season, and how that progression has them feeling prepared and connected heading into provincials this weekend.

"We're feeling strong and focused as we head into the ACAC Championship this week. Our group is motivated, prepared, and eager for the opportunity", stated Coach Barnhart expressing the drive and determination of the Ooks indoor track team. 

With a fresh roster complemented by familiar faces transitioning from the cross country team, the Ooks take pride in representing their school with grit and determination wherever competition takes them.

"I think the team is very excited to showcase their skill and determination for the upcoming championships and ready to show what we can do with our first indoor team", Coach Barnhart stated. 

After a couple of months of dedicated training, the team is prepared to give everything they've got on the course. The championship isn't just about the podium—it's a chance to showcase their growth, resilience, and finish the season on a high note.
