Edmonton, AB - Karly Kupka recorded a game-high 17 kills and scored 23 points as the NAIT Ooks women's volleyball team earned a 3-2 set victory (25-20,18-25, 25-16, 25-27, 15-9) over the Augustana Vikings Friday night at the NAIT Gymnasium.
Jamie Bain added 49 assists while Lauren Smith was the top player on defence with 13 digs in a winning cause for the Ooks. Caroline Kilmartin led the Vikings with 13 kills, 1 service ace and 3 blocks.
With this win the Ooks record improves to 6-5, while the Vikings fall to 5-4. Rematch will be tomorrow Saturday November 18th in Camrose at 6:00pm.
