Edmonton, AB - Danielle Kath scored 14 kills and had 8 digs as the King's Eagles downed the NAIT Ooks 3-1 sets (11-25, 25-14, 25-15, 25-15) Saturday evening at the NAIT Gymnasium.
Jamie Bain added 30 assists while Lauren Smith was the top player on defence with 15 digs in a losing cause for the Ooks. Hannah Gorgichuk led the way in offence with 12 kills and 13 points.
With this loss the Ooks record falls to 5-5, while the Eagles goes to 5-3. NAIT's next game is Friday November 17th at 6:00pm at home when they host the Augustana Vikings, while the Eagles visit the Concordia Thunder.
